Rachael is a senior in telecommunications. She is also the host for After Hours on PSNtv. Her favorite part of Penn State is the sense of community and how everyone is able to come together when it counts. Favorite part of SPA: “Some of my favorite SPA memories come from the time we have in between the craziness of a show day. I'll never forget all the random moments of karaoke and impromptu contests we all come up with once the stage is set up.”

Becca is a senior in aerospace engineering. She is also involved with the Lunar Lion Google X-Prize team and the Engineering Orientation Network. Her favorite thing about Penn State is the ducks at the Alumni garden. Favorite memory of SPA: “Standing behind the barricade for Jack’s Mannequin my freshman year was awesome! Not only did I learn the ins and outs of putting together a huge concert but I also got to see the excitement on the crowds face when the band took the stage.”

Megan is a senior in public relations with minors in psych and RPTM. She is also involved with PRIDE. Penn State Sportsmanship Team, College of Communications Peer Mentors, and THON. Heather is a senior in a film/video major. She is also the treasurer for Omega Phi Alpha, involved with the Student Film Organization, and mentors for the College of Communications. Her favorite thing about Penn State is the school spirit from THON to sporting events to WE-ARE chants at tour groups. Favorite Moment with SPA: “After being a part of SPA for so long, it was an incredible feeling to run the Nittany Block pARTy this year. I had put in a lot of time and effort during the summer and with my committee at the start of the semester and it was great to see it all come together.”

Mike is a senior in engineering science and also works as an ITS Lab Consultant. His favorite part about Penn State is how tight-knit the community is and the vast amount of alumni throughout the country. Favorite moment in SPA: “Working the Reel Big Fish show. This was my first SPA show that I worked, and it was certainly an intense yet gratifying experience from load-in to load-out. I also met many of the great SPA members that became some of my really good friends!”

Austin is a senior in kinesiology and is also involved with THON and the Powerlifting team. His favorite thing about Penn State is the sense of community and the amount of involvement. Austin also enjoys long walks on the beach, especially on horseback. Favorite aspect of SPA: “My favorite thing with SPA has been learning all about the behind the scene things that goes along with a concert. This has been such an educational experience that I will never attend a concert the same way again.”

Favorite Memory of SPA: “I loved getting to work behind the barricade for Yellowcard. They are one of my favorite bands, so it was awesome getting their music pumped straight into my ears.
